Bill 106 - Comparative Chart UPDATED

NOW INCLUDES THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ACT SECTION...

To make life just a little easier for those of us who are excited about the new proposed changes to the Condominium Act, 1998 (Ontario) (the “Act”), we have updated our comparative chart of the Act to include the Royal Assent version of Bill 106.  The purpose of the chart is to highlight the proposed changes against the Act as it currently stands.  There is an index in the front and there is also a short note on how the chart works.

We would like to acknowledge and thank Ms. Francesca Elia who spent a lot of time putting the chart together at my request.
