Marc Bhalla in Condovoice

The Fall 2017 edition of Condovoice, the award winning publication of the Toronto & Area chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute, features an article by Marc Bhalla on page 25.

In his article, titled Manipulating Mediation, Marc sheds light on the loopholes that exist within the current system of mandatory mediation that applies to Ontario's condominiums and reviews the benefits of participating in the mediation process in good faith.
