Richard Elia will be presenting the Level 101 Condo Course of the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute on Saturday, June 17th at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel and Conference Centre.

This course in an introductory course which goes over some of the basics - including condominium terminology, property management, director responsibilities and planning.
