Yeganeh Pejman

With nearly a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation, Yeganeh has established herself as a passionate and committed court lawyer. She has successfully represented individuals, corporations, and institutions before various courts including the prestigious Ontario Court of Appeals as well as administrative bodies, consistently achieving favorable outcomes. She has also served as a prosecutor for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, where she has honed her skills in trial advocacy.

Known for her straightforward approach to litigation, Yeganeh excels at listening to clients to understand their values and goals. She prioritizes the big picture and cost-effectiveness to ensure her clients receive effective representation.

In addition to her legal practice, Yeganeh has taught various legal courses including Canadian Business Law, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, and Introduction to the Canadian Legal System at several colleges in the Greater Toronto area, sharing her expertise and passion for the law with the next generation of legal professionals.

Dedicated to her clients, she often finds herself up late at night, thoughtfully considering their interests and exploring innovative legal strategies to strengthen their positions.
