Robin practises in all areas of condominium law, with a particular focus on disputes before the Condominium Authority Tribunal and the Small Claims Court.

She joined Elia Associates as a summer student while pursuing her undergraduate degree and never looked back. Over the years, she worked her way up through the firm as a Legal Assistant, Law Clerk, and now Licensed Paralegal. Along the way, she has spent more than nine years immersed in the condominium industry as a legal professional, condominium owner, and former Vice President of MeetMyCondo Inc., a virtual meeting platform that helped condominium corporations conduct meetings across Ontario. She understands condominium communities from every angle and enjoys helping clients navigate the unique challenges that come with condominium living.

Long before joining Elia Associates, Robin was making her mark on the stage. From the age of four, she trained and competed in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and lyrical dance, competing as both a soloist and as part of her studio. She has regularly competed at Nationals in Manhattan, New York alongside top dancers from across Canada and the United States. She also performed professionally in soloist roles with the Toronto International Ballet Theatre's production of The Nutcracker and as a guest soloist with Ballet Creole. While she eventually traded stage lights for document briefs, the discipline, determination, and ability to perform under pressure developed through years of competitive dance have never left her.

In her early twenties, Robin’s life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Rather than letting it define her, the experience strengthened her resilience and shaped her approach to advocacy, communication, and supporting others through challenging circumstances. Today, she works with organizations including Dense Breasts Canada and Breast Cancer Canada to promote early detection and equitable access to screening, has appeared on CTV Your Morning and CTV This Hour to share her story, and serves as Director of Community Outreach and a keynote speaker for the Bubblegum Ball.

When she's not practising law or advocating for early detection, Robin can be found cheering on her favourite sports teams or attending music events.
