David Murren joined Elia Associates after spending 7 years as an attorney with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel and the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities. He has extensive litigation experience practicing before administrative tribunals and appellate courts, and he prides himself on advising and advocating for clients dealing with complex legal issues. He also has experience navigating the intricacies and nuances of government procurement and transactional matters. David’s experience highlights his dedication to public service and consumer protection, especially when individuals and companies are at risk of financial loss or fraud.
While not in the office, David enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and following his favourite sports teams.
